Elizabeth Anderson is a Fellow at the Montreal Institute for Global Security, where her work focuses on cognitive warfare, strategic partnerships, and democratic resilience. She spent over seven years at the ministerial level in the Government of Canada, most recently as Director of Operations and Senior Advisor for International Security to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, where she led Canada’s policy response to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. As a Fulbright scholar, she was a Visiting Associate Fellow at the Center for a New American Security in Washington. She holds a Master’s in Global Risk from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
